​Leaders Industries serves as an advocate for our individuals and the agency. 

Leaders assist the individuals with their medication, daily personal hygiene care such as bathing, shaving, teeth brushing, and overall cleanliness of the individual and their clothing.

Leaders ensures the general upkeep and maintenance of the individuals' homes, and laundry. 

Leaders prepares or assist the individual in meal preparation, as well as grocery shopping. 

​Leaders assist with goal-setting that individuals choose in their Individual Service Plan meeting. 

Leaders also assist individuals with  monthly safety drills.
