Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) are the core of providing services to the individuals we serve at LEADERS. With their assistance and support, we are able to integrate people with I/DD into the community.
Community partners are key in providing integrated employment, at a fair wage, in the realms of inclusivity and individualized quality of life.
